The Resource Centre

Located on Level 2, The Resource Centre, which includes the Learning Centre is a direct interface with our students, contributes significantly to an enhanced student experience through positive engagement.

We provide ongoing on campus support for students during their academic journey.

The Resource Centre is staffed by qualified and experienced Learning Advisors who work with students to give practical advice and strategies to improve the literacy and numeracy skills needed to study successfully in an Australian institution.

Our Learning Advisors work with students at all levels from all courses with a view to improving a student’s results and overall study experience. There are a number of workshops including; help with referencing and assignment writing which many students find very valuable.

The Resource Centre is a quiet place to study and allows access to a range of in house services including: 

• Printing, copying and scanning options
• Easy access to over 2000 general and prescribed text, reference and fiction books, across 600+ different titles, all available on short term loans*
• 24/7 access to online resources
• Study Skills, Assignment support available
• Access to computing devices
• Support for your student login and wifi access
